- Risk of loss transfers to the buyer when the trailer leaves our facility or when the carrier takes possession
- The buyer is responsible for confirming delivery details and access requirements at the destination
Inspect the trailer at delivery when possible and report any issues immediately.
7) Financing and Third-Party Services
If you choose to apply for financing, you may be redirected to or connected with third-party lenders or financing partners. Financing decisions, rates, terms, approvals, and requirements are determined by those partners, not by us.
You agree that:
- We do not guarantee approval or any specific rate or term
- Financing partners may require additional documentation
- Your financing relationship may be governed by the lender’s separate terms and privacy policy
8) Warranties and Disclaimers
